SUMMER CAMP WORKSHOPS

Empower your campers with an engaging program that they will never forget. In our increasingly dangerous world, learning basic self defense has become an unfortunate necessity for all ages. The children will have so much fun they won't even realize that they are learning self protection. It's very age-appropriate and super fun and entertaining! They will also earn my certificate and rubber bracelet which is included in the class fee. The Play It Safe program has been featured on the Dr. Phil Show and THE DOCTORS TV.

We will work with you to customize the frequency and length of the trainings based on what works best for your camp schedule and budget.

Additionally, we offer staff workshops. These trainings focus on team building through basic self defense. The workshop teaches simple defenses against the most common attacks.
